The only consistent thing in TGES is change. Or so it seems! T&D, then, also becomes T&S (S = Survival).

How does one plan a T&D strategy in an ever-changing, chaotic environment? The good news is, some principles always seem to apply:

• Teachers still need to have sound knowledge in their subjects.
• Exposure to innovation still works. It still helps to have research-driven data on what-works and what-doesn’t.
• Education still needs to be driven by character, wisdom and care.
• The ability to communicate and work with human-beings is still precious.
• With new times come new technologies and new skills. Keeping up with the times is vital, as always.
•  Lifelong learning is a given.

We intend to concentrate upon the following areas:

• Team-Work.

  There’s a lot to take pride in. The fact that we are possibly the only school-system to have a Unit dedicated to T&D, itself makes us special.
