 TGES looks at its vast team of educators as its capital and strength. Hence, we would prefer to call this department as Human Capital Management Department rather than Human Resource Department.

TGES has a full fledged Human Capital Management Department. With 8 full-time staff members in Central Office and more than 10 members located in each academic unit, we strive to respond to employee requests. 

As one can imagine, large size of organisation means more complexity and more varied needs.

We are now focused on fostering and nurturing talent through various actions. Some of the new initiatives slated for academic year 2009-10 are:

  • Finding ways to provide more freedom to academic departments
  • Installing a comprehensive Talent Management Software from Softscape
  • Redesigning the complete accountability and productivity processes
