Curriculum

TGS runs a rigorous program which includes the CIE and IBO curriculum along with a wide range of extra-curricular and co-curricular activities. 

The academic programs are as follows:

CIE (Cambridge International Examination) School code IN-128

The students at Galaxy School appear for the examinations conducted by the Cambridge International Examinations ( CIE) at the end of Year 10 (IGCSC), Year 11 (AS Levels) and Year 12 (A Levels )

IBO (International Baccalaureate Organization) School code- 3436

TGS offers the IB Diploma program to students in Grade 11 and 12. The IB program requires all students to take three subjects at Higher Level and three subjects at Standard Level. In some exceptional cases students take four subjects at the Higher Level. 

The school offers a wide range of extra-curricular and co- curricular activities. During the academic year our students participate in Mock UN, School Choir, Dance festivals, Writing Workshops, Debate competitions organized by National and International organizations and a wide range of sports activities. Students also enrol for the International Awards Scheme for young people ( formerly known as the Duke of Edinburg Award Scheme). TGS students continue to win laurels in the First Lego League International Robotics Competition. The 2013 team is representing India at this year's World Competition in the US.
